The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many choices cooked at. L'Occitane products in the bathroom were the best quality.
The jacuzzi didn't get hot enough one day but I was quickly resolved.

I found the staff professional and very friendly, from arrival to departure. The breakfast included many options, and everything tasted fresh. The hotel offered a location a short walk from the main town, convenient. The jacuzzi on my balcony provided a GREAT ocean view.
The spa access required an extra fee. This was unexpected.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to the town. A slight uphill trek is present on the return. This proximity allows for easy access to shopping and dining, yet provides a QUIET retreat away from noise.

Breakfast featured many choices. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Coffee, milk, and water were replenished daily in the room. The breakfast service was efficient and attentive. I recommend this hotel

the hotel's location was convenient! it provided easy access to nearby attractions. the room was spacious, with ample room for luggage and relaxation. the breakfast included a variety of options, such as fresh fruit and pastries.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. Sometimes amenities were not restocked. the pool area lacked sufficient shade. Finding a comfortable spot was difficult. i found the gym equipment outdated, some machines were not functional.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception (Olga was particularly lovely!). The suite with the private pool provided a fine view, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options. I will definitely choose this hotel when I return.
The only minor issue I experienced was with housekeeping. They occasionally forgot to replenish the shampoo and shower gel.

The interior design is beautiful. The boho style suited me well. the staff was friendly. i liked that the room was freshened up before the evening. also, i got welcome drinks. I felt welcome.
The housekeeping service seemed slow. I had to ask for water and coffee refills.

The breakfast WAS very underwhelming. I expected more variety AND better quality for a hotel like this. The pastries were stale and the fruit didnt seem fresh, a HUGE disappointment. the noise insulation was not GREAT. I could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway and the room above. this made it hard to relax sometimes.

i was very impressed by the staff's amazing service and attention to detail. the breakfast buffet had an really good spread with a great variety of choices. my room was super spacious and comfortable, it had a fabulous sea view. the pool area featured beautiful sunbeds and the pool was fabulous.
I found that the access to the spa required an extra fee. I found this slightly inconvenient for a hotel of this standard.
